It´s Christmas Time

¡Hola Amantes del placer!

Ha llegado la Navidad, ha llegado la mejor época del año y ¡no puedo estar más feliz! 

Es hora de dejar sacar a ese niño que todos llevamos dentro y empezar a disfrutar. ¿Os acordáis cuando creíais en lo imposible? Te dormías ilusionado sabiendo que Papá Noël o los Reyes Magos pasarían esa noche y te traerían aquello que llevabas esperando todo el año. Todavía recuerdo esos momentos y siento ese cosquilleo la mañana de Navidad y de Reyes, todavía sonrío al ver la cara de un niño pequeño cuando descubre la Navidad o disfruto de mi familia en un día tan especial.

¿A vosotros os gusta la Navidad? ¿Qué pensáis de ella? ¿Tenéis traiciones?

Para mí la navidad es magia, la navidad consigue que al menos una vez al año la gente se reúna con la familia, hay ilusión aunque solo sea por saber si te va tocar la lotería, hay más compasión, más solidaridad por aquellos que no tienen tanta suerte, hay felicidad en la cara de las personas, un brillo que no ha estado ahí asoma de sus ojos, lo malo que todo esto solo dura un mes, cuando estas sensaciones deberían durar todo el año.

Llega el 6 de diciembre y con él la navidad aparece en casa, los villancicos inundan de sonidos la habitación, (noche de paz, no para de sonar), es momento de bajar el árbol de Navidad, desempolvar los adornos antiguos y unirlos con nuevos y al son de la música, entre risas, bailes ir dejando que la Navidad haga su hechizo.

Maldecimos a las luces del árbol por haberse enredado como todos los años, decidimos cual es el mejor lugar para colocar el adorno mientras recordamos como apareció en casa, y es que cada adorno tiene un relato, cada árbol cuenta una historia y cada casa la suya.

Los villancicos siguen sonando y seguimos adornando la casa, ponemos el belén con sus reyes magos y no olvidarnos de la estrella que los guía, la estrella que más brilla.

Una vez puesto el árbol, es momento de sofá, palomitas, manta y película de Navidad: son muchas las películas que me gustan y que trasmiten ese espíritu navideño, os pongo un ejemplo de ello.

Tras eso, lo mejor es enfundarse en un buen abrigo y salir a ver las luces de Navidad, no os preocupéis por el frío, se atenúa con la calidez de las luces.

Aunque para muchos la Navidad es consumismo, yo creo que eso depende de como se mire. Es bonito que al menos una vez al año recibir un regalo de la persona que quieres, hay consumismo en pensar lo que a la otra persona puede hacerle ilusión y comprarlo, o si eres más creativo, lograr hacerlo por ti mismo? yo creo que no. Es un buen momento para dejar de mirarnos el ombligo y ponernos en el lugar el otro. Lo que nadie se acuerda es de pensar que estamos haciendo el mejor regalo que podemos hacer sin darnos cuenta, cada vez que nos reunimos en una cena, comida con alguien, le estamos regalando nuestro tiempo, ese bien que nunca volveremos a recuperar... Por lo cual la Navidad no es dinero, la Navidad es ilusión, es compartir, es vivir.

Hi, my dear lovers of pleasure!

Christmas has arrived, the best time of  the year has come and I can not be happier!

It's time to let that child that we all carry inside. out and start enjoying ourselves. Do you remember when you believed in the impossible? You fell asleep knowing that Santa Claus or the Three Wise Men would arrived that night and bring you what you had been waiting for all year. I still remember those moments and I feel that tingling on Christmas and the night of the 6th of january when the three wise men come bringing presents, I still smile when I see the face of a little boy when he discovers the magic of Christmas or do I enjoy my family on such a special days?

Do you like Christmas? What do you think of it? Do you have any seasonal traditions? 

For me, Christmas is pure magic, Christmas means that at least once a year people get together with their families, there is hope that only for once you could win the lottery, there is more compassion, more solidarity for the less fortunate, there is happiness on people faces, a glow that has not been in their eyes for a long time, the downside of all this is that it only lasts a month, when these sensations should last all year.

December 6th arrives and with it the Christmas makes its apperance at home, the carols flood the room with sounds, it's time to take out the Christmas tree, dust off the old ornaments and join them with new ones and to the sound of music, laughter and dancing, let Christmas cast the spell.

We cursed the lights of the christmas tree for getting tangled like they do every year, we decided which is the best place to hang the ornament while remembering where the came from, and that every ornament , each tree tells and every house tell its own story .

The carols are still playing (I love silent night) and we continue to decorate the house, we put the nativity scene with its magi and do not forget the star that guides them, the star that shines the brightest.

Once the tree is set, it's time to relax in the sofa with popcorn, ablanket and Christmas movie: there are many movies that I like and that transmit that Christmas spirit, I'll give you some good examples:

• The Santa Clause
• Polar Express
• Miracle on 34th Street
• The most wonderful time of the year

After that, it is best to put on a good coat and go out to see the Christmas lights, do not worry about the cold, it is dimmed with the warmth of the lights.

Although for many people Christmas is just consumerism, I think that depends on how you look at it. It is nice that at least once a year, you will receive a gift from the person you love, is there consumerism in thinking what the other person can do or buy?  if you are creative enough, you can do it yourself? I do not think so. It is a good time to stop looking at our navel and put ourselves in the place of the other. What nobody remembers is that we are giving the best gift we can do without even realizing it, every time we meet for dinner or lunch with someone, we are giving our time, that is a precious good that we will never recover ... Therefore Christmas is not about money, Christmas is excitement, it is sharing, it is life.
